By reducing or eliminating the emotional charge around an issue you are able to restore the balance of your body and mind. This balance then enables your body to resume your natural healing abilities, which allows that pivotal shift in your life. EFT is an empowering tool for you to make positive changes in all areas of your life. It is very effective for dealing with stress, fears, phobias, emotional challenges, physical issues, anxiety, personal performance, and more.
