After successfully managing a Chamber of Commerce and a Visitor Information Centre, Karen was called to the challenging 1000 km Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain, an ancient European pilgrimage.  The solo walking journey was an amazing, life-changing, mid-life celebration!  Karen was introduced to EFT when she returned to Vancouver in 2005. She is now embracing a new life by fully integrating her experiences of the Camino and EFT along with the many years of spiritual training and management background. 

Since 1991, Karen has been following a spiritual path with such renowned energy workers as Nancy Shipley-Rubin and Jhadten Jewall. As well as exploring many different healing modalities, participating in initiations, journeys and experiences, Karen harmonizes all of these methods with EFT forming the heart of her approach to healing and wellness.

Karen is a registered member of  AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques), a registered not for profit  professional association, with clearly defined aims and objectives.  They are committed to maintaining strong codes of ethics and practice and to establish themselves as the lead training provider of Emotional Freedom Techniques.  

An experienced and skilled EFT Practitioner, Karen creates a safe and supportive environment for healing to occur at a pace and direction best suited to the unique individual needs. She guides clients through the EFT techniques enabling them to choose to release blocks and beliefs that are no longer working.   Clients have reported that physical ailments and/or emotional issues have been reduced or even eliminated. EFT is self-empowering, but Karen is there to help untangle the strings of emotional cat’s cradle and to find inner clarity when issues may feel too large to handle alone or when clients are not making the desired progress.

Karen has published articles, taught EFT courses and is available for workshops, seminars and private EFT sessions.
