Where Did The Name Come From?

The name "Pivot Point 4 U" came about when describing how the shifting of an issue can result in a new direction in life.  EFT can create that shift in a positive way. This could be a change in belief, attitude, health, career, relationship, etc and when it happens in one area, it can often have a dramatic impact on other areas of our lives.

The "pivot point" is where the actual shift occurs. This can be slow and gentle or instant and intense but the end result is a change in course.  It is also seen as the point between the past and the future where the centre is the "now" moment.  And the "4 U" part?  Well, it's all about you - your results, your changes and your life!
